Located in the middle of van der Waltz Street, the Bostrom Estate is the largest. White in colour with a little brown and rusty colour look, it is no wonder that the Bostrom Estate is the most extravagant.

| The Lupe Manor
This mansion is a quite unusual one. IT's covered with flowers and plants that seems to grow eveyday. Miss Danielle Lupe is the only person in this manor unless couting on her maid, Lokiree. Nobody seems to be in the house as the lights are all so dim but actually, the windows are double sided tinted to block of UV rays.

| Le Davies Estate
The sprawling estate's facade consists of a large wrought-iron gate and a road lined with tall trees and beautiful shrubberies. Its manicured lawns stand out for its smooth texture and perfect color. The large white-brick mansion is set far from the gate, a circular driveway fronting it. The mansion is a modern, four-storey building with Gothic pillars in front and large double-doors. Behind it are two pools: regular- and Olympic-sized ones. The balcony on each storey truly captures the great view of the city.

| Burke Manor
This manor is located two houses down from the Bostrom Estate. This part of town has a welcoming environment. It is a large, victorian style four story house with a balcony at each level, except the first. On the outside, it is plain white, but on the inside, each room is filled with a different colour.

| La Propri de Delafonte
The Victorian Style home of the famous interior designer Genevieve Delafonte is located on a small street by the beach. It has a beautiful garden of roses and a fountain in the middle. A long dive way leads up to the three car garage and a large balcony draws attention to the large french doors on the third floor. It also has a wrap around porch which Genevieve decorated herself with antique looking furniture.

Situated in a secluded area of the Archnate Street, Manoir De Huettner is one of the many average houses there. Not quite big and not very much facilitated with a pool or a beautiful garden. However, it does have a French cottage look and inside, it's very warm and cosy.

| Casa del Richards
The house is a four-storey, Spanish-type mansion of red-bricks. At first glance, it looks like a really old-style house but the interior is anything but old. It is an abstract of modern furnitures and modern designs. The back part is covered in all-mirrors, overlooking the beautiful back lawns with it's "infinite-type" swimming pool. The front is a long driveway lined with tall pinetrees. The house is closed in by a high-security gate.

Finely trimmed grass and plants, the mansion has a weird and unusual type of planting. In the huge and white mansion, there live a girl named Nicolenet with her maid, Louisa. The mansion is cleaned every day and it sparkles under the yellow bright sun. THe total no. of rooms is 10, excluding the kitchen, living room and the dinning room.

This mansion is actually an home-office. There are 5 'offices' and 7 rooms exculding the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room. The Parker's Mansion is filled with beautiful plants and you can even see bunnys and cute animals running around in the high fenced and sheltered backyard.

This castle looks like a mansion and it is a mansion. Since the Summers family are Russian Royalty, they decided to make the mansion look like a castle. The bricks are russian type and the furnitures are french types. It has 17 rooms, plus the kitchen, living room, dining room and the. There is also a swimming pool and a barberque pit at the back. This house is fenced with white brick walls that is high too. Once you step in, you'll feel like you're in wonderland.
